CT Cradle to Career Coalition (CT C2C) is a statewide policy collaborative uniting five StriveTogether partnerships, 15 working groups, and over 440 partner organizations. Together, the coalition serves 125,000 children across Bridgeport, Danbury, Norwalk, Stamford, and Waterbury—five of Connecticut’s largest cities where young people of color face disproportionate barriers to opportunity.
